To register on Tekbet, you'll need an active mobile number or email address, a strong password, and you must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID (NID or passport) may be required later for KYC verification. Registration is completely free and takes just 2 minutes.

No. Tekbet's rules allow each person to operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended and any bonuses earned will be forfeited. If multiple family members wish to use Tekbet from the same address, please notify support in advance.

In most cases, a bet is confirmed immediately after placement and cannot be cancelled. However, the "Cash Out" feature may allow you to partially or fully settle a bet early. For select bets, there may also be a short window before the match starts during which cancellation is possible.

If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, all stakes are generally refunded. However, specific conditions may apply — for instance, if a match has completed a certain number of overs or a set amount of playing time, the result may stand.
